Glen Abbey Golf Club
7,253 yds, Par 72
Recently Played: 2016, 2015, 2013 (few older)
We head north of the wall this week to play golf among the wildlings! Glen Abbey is situated in the burbs of Oakville, Ontario (which is near Toronto if you’re unfamiliar).
It is an RBC event so their cohort of sponsored players will be in attendance which will give a boost to an otherwise average field. Some golfers will be making their way over from The Open and we’ve seen some of those golfers prosper so don’t be worried about rostering them.
It’s not a very long course, but allows for bombing drives (highest average distance on tour) so many of the big hitters will have wedge in hand, which means GIR+ and prox from key distance should be important this week.

The Open Recap
We are BACK IN BLACK! After a two week hiatus from cashing my top LU, I managed 23rd place in the $100 and was tormenting myself with what could have been if Harman didn’t shoot a 78 on Friday (that’s the best part of DFS right (Coulda-woulda-shoulda)!? Overall it was a solid week for me, nailing Spieth/Kuch in my lineups. Sky and I both loved Spieth coming into this tournament and what he did on Sunday was magical. We may mock him for what happened at Augusta and his antics on the course but Jordan is a special player and his ability to bounce back from those situations is incredible. Many forget even after that debacle on the 12th at Augusta, he birdied the next hole and kept firing his way back. Great win by him, and hopefully we can find the winner this week as well!
