First things first – I was BRUTAL last week.  It was in all honesty the worst week I’ve ever had playing DFS golf. Hopefully we shall be moving on from that utterly gross performance.

This week, I’m going bigger than usual in the amount of LUs I’m making.  I’ve narrowed down the small field to some core guys, and a nice group of players that I believe will be under owned.  Below are my top targets for the 25 lineups I will be constructing.  You will see some chalky players, but nobody will be used in more than 35% of my lineups.

Favorite/Core Targets – # of LUs in ()

R. Fowler 10.7k (4)
H. Stenson 10.3k (5)
J.B. Holmes 9.4k (8)
P. Reed 9.1k (10)
J. Thomas 8.8k (9)
J. Donaldson 6.7k (10)

Other Targets

You could catch Rory/Spieth a little less owned than usual due to recent play and price. I will have them in a couple each, well as Bubba Watson. I really like Dustin Johnson but he will most likely be a popular pick so I laid off more than I wanted.

Going to mix in some Kuchar, Grace,, Koepka, Hun An — all from 9.1k down to 8.1k

In the 7,000s I love Willet. Probably won’t be alone there, but he will be in five lineups. Leishman and Lowry will find there way into some LUs as well and they will more than likely not very popular this week. Danny Lee is also sneaky because his stats don’t lineup the best but he just always seems to be lurking in the upper portion of the leaderboard.

Berger and Bowditch will also be tossed in a couple LUs due to their upside. Honestly, in a tournament with no cut there really isn’t a wrong answer and with the short field it’s better to take even more risks than usual.

Don’t Forget Me!

B. Grace 8.3k
M. Kaymer 7.4k
R. Fisher (sneaky) 6.7k
K. Broberg 6.6k
B. Haas 7.9k
C. Schwartzel 8.5k
