NHL DFS Picks, 10-24-15

Daily Fantasy Hockey Picks, October 24th

It’s a busy, busy day so the write up will be short and sweet.  Yesterday was probably the best day of the season, with all my LUs cashing in GPPs and a new personal high of 77 points.  Most nights that would win a GPP but I saw 90’s yesterday which is insane – but I’ll take what was overall a great night. Hopefully we can replicate that success tonight!

1. Montreal Canadiens

Sure, they’re playing a back to back but they are dominating right now.  Toronto is playing decent hockey but they are about to line up against a buzz saw.  I’ll be loading up again on Gallagher/Plekanec/Pacioretty. Wouldn’t hurt to use Markov or Subban on the blue line as well.

2. St. Louis Blues

I just really like how the Blues are playing and I believe they keep it going today against the Islanders. I’ll be targeting Steen/Lehtera/Tarasenko. They are one of the top possession teams in the league right now and their top line has a combined 22 points in the first seven games.  Sign me up!

3. Ottawa Senators

You will have to monitor if Hoffman plays tonight, but if he does I’ll be all over their top line of Hoffman/Turris/Stone. They continue to score and have a good match up today against Arizona. On a day in which there is a lot of offense playing, Ottawa’s top line may go a under the radar compared to when they play on smaller slates.  This line has 24 points in the first seven games – just be sure they are playing together tonight with Hoffman’s injury. EDIT – HOFFMAN IS OUT TONIGHT

Cash Core

W – Max Pacioretty
W – Artemi Panarin
C – Jori Lehtera (especially on DK)
D – Colton Parayako (value, PP1)
G – Price, King Henrik, (whoever starts for Dallas)
